MarginVisibility is a snapshot-based analytics tool that analyzes uploaded CSV data to provide product profitability insights.

It is:

• Not an accounting system
• Not an ERP
• Not financial advice
• Not a live integration platform

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of uploaded data
• Compliance with your local regulations
• Ensuring you have rights to upload business data

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions:

• Billed monthly
• Cancel anytime
• No partial refunds for unused time

Enterprise tier may be marked "Coming Soon" and not yet available for purchase.

4. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

MarginVisibility provides analytical insights based solely on uploaded data. We are not liable for business decisions made based on dashboard outputs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or violation of terms.
