Snapshot-based SKU profit analysis for Shopify sellers who need clarity fast.
We built MarginVisibility for ecommerce operators who need a practical way to understand SKU profit, dead stock, low-margin products, and cash stuck in inventory without taking on a heavy integration project. Shopify is the primary workflow, with WooCommerce and Amazon exports supported secondarily.
Profit by SKU, not just revenue
We help operators spot which SKUs truly drive contribution and which ones quietly erode margin.
Dead stock and trapped cash visibility
MarginVisibility is built to surface aging inventory, low-turn products, and capital tied up in the wrong stock.
Snapshot-safe workflow
No live store integration is required. Teams can work from controlled CSV snapshots and validate quality before acting.
What the product is designed for
MarginVisibility is not trying to replace your ERP, WMS, or accounting stack. It is designed to answer a narrower, higher-value question quickly: which SKUs create profit, which products drain margin, and where cash is trapped in inventory.
The workflow is intentionally simple. You upload sales and inventory CSVs, optionally add cost data, validate the files, and review a snapshot-based analysis. That makes it easier to trust the output, compare periods, and act without waiting on a long implementation project.
What we care about
- Practical operator language instead of abstract dashboard fluff
- Clear data validation before any recommendation is trusted
- Useful output for real decisions: pricing, replenishment, liquidation, and margin review
