Terms of Service

The terms that govern subscriptions to MarginVisibility.

Effective date: 28 October 2026

1. Contracting party and service

MarginVisibility is provided by Marragon Consulting LDA, Rua Principal 171, 2785-075 São Domingos de Rana, Portugal, VAT PT516115340 ("Marragon", "we", "us"). These terms govern use of the MarginVisibility SaaS service by consumers and business users. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must keep account credentials secure.

The service turns customer-provided ecommerce sales, inventory and cost data into analyses. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice. You remain responsible for source data, decisions and compliance in relation to data you upload.

2. Plans, payment and renewal

Free access is available without a payment card. Paid Pro and Advanced subscriptions are currently offered at EUR 19 and EUR 39 respectively for the advertised billing period, plus VAT or other taxes where applicable. Stripe processes payment and invoices; the applicable checkout shows the total before you confirm payment.

Paid subscriptions renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled. Payment method and invoice history are available through the Stripe Billing Portal where a paid Stripe customer relationship exists. We may change prices prospectively with the notice required by law and the subscription terms.

3. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

An organisation owner can schedule ordinary cancellation in the service; paid access remains until the end of the current paid period and cancellation takes effect at that period end. Ordinary cancellation does not create a prorated refund for unused time, without limiting mandatory rights.

For an initial paid purchase, we honour a full refund request made within 14 days of purchase. Consumers may also exercise any statutory withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right. To make a request, send an unequivocal statement with the account email and purchase details to info@marragonconsulting.com. We acknowledge requests and process eligible reimbursement without undue delay and within any statutory deadline. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer protection.

We do not rely on a waiver of a consumer withdrawal right for digital services unless the required express request, consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation have actually been collected.

4. Customer data, exports and termination

You retain rights in data you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, secure, process and display it to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful data, personal data without a lawful basis, malware or data you are not authorised to use.

At the end of a cancelled paid subscription, the account or organisation ordinarily moves to the Free plan. Existing customer data is not automatically deleted solely because a paid subscription ends. Available access and export functionality is governed by the Free plan. Permanent account or organisation deletion is a separate process, subject to identity and authority verification, available export arrangements, statutory retention and backup limitations.

5. Acceptable use and service protection

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or entitlement controls, probe other tenants, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service for unlawful, harmful or infringing activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach, using proportionate notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property, confidentiality and liability

We retain rights in MarginVisibility and its software. You retain rights in your data. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information and may use it only to perform the service or exercise legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our breach. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

7. How to exercise withdrawal

Before the 14-day period expires, email info@marragonconsulting.com with an unequivocal statement that you withdraw from the initial purchase. Include your name, account email, organisation name, purchase date and the plan concerned. Do not send payment-card details. We acknowledge receipt on a durable medium.

You may use this model wording, but it is not mandatory: “To Marragon Consulting LDA, Rua Principal 171, 2785-075 São Domingos de Rana, Portugal, info@marragonconsulting.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the MarginVisibility [Pro/Advanced] subscription, ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].”

8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Please contact info@marragonconsulting.com first so we can address a complaint. Portuguese consumers may use the Electronic Complaints Book at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/Inicio/.

For consumer contracts concluded in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, the available competent alternative dispute-resolution entity is Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, Rua dos Douradores 116, 2.º, 1100-207 Lisboa, telephone +351 218 807 030, https://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/. This information does not claim voluntary membership where none has been established. The Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers lists authorised entities at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt/.

9. Law and changes

Portuguese law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer. Courts and dispute forums are determined by mandatory law. We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons; material changes apply prospectively with the notice required by law.
